Dave Brubeck Format: Vinyl. Points on Jazz - a ballet suite for two pianos, composed by Dave Brubeck and commissioned by the American Ballet Theatre. Produced by Teo Macero. Extensive liner notes by Dave Brubeck. I have had this album on LP since it first came out, whenever that was. I have been looking to find it on CD, but apparently no one with the rights to it feels it deserves a rerelease. I do have a newer recording by two other pianists, but to me, it's not as brilliant as the it doesn't have that Carmen McRae vocal version of the theme There'll Be No Tomorrow. Stunning 1961 6 Eye Stereo Original. Also Features Carmen McRae Singing There'll Be No Tomorrow With The Dave Brubeck Quartet.
